As a rule, there will be 30 min talks.

VISA TO RUSSIA:

Still needed for most countries.  Visa can be obtained in a Russian consulate  inside your country, but notice that a certain document, kind of voucher from an authorized  organization, must be prepared BEFORE you call there. Options:

(a) You do this on your own through a tourist agency specializing in visits to Russia

      inside your country.

(b) We do this for you if you provide us with the necessary personal data as follows:

            1. Surname, given names.

            2. Maiden name (if any).

            3. Date of birth (day,month,year).

            4. Place of birth, citizenship on birth

              (if born in Russia/USSR, when and where-to emigrated).

            5. Present citizenship.

            6. Passport number.

            7. Date of issue (day, month, year), place of issue.

            8. Date of expiry (day, month, year).

            9. Anticipated dates of opening and closing your visa.

           10. Address of your Institute, position, phone, fax.

           11. Place (city) with Russian consulate where you will obtain Russian visa.

           12. File with the scanned first pages of the passport.

Accompanying persons may be wife or children. The above data must be provided  for every accompaning person.
